The ultimate, romantic, disaster movie.
The upcoming comedy was produced by ‘Knocked Up’, ’40 Year Old Virgin’ and ‘Superbad’ writer and producer Judd Apatow. Written by the movie’s star Jason Segal, it is purported that the movie is loosely based on Segal’s real life split with ‘ER’ actress Linda Cardellini.
Jason Segal stars as (Peter Bretter) who after six years is dumped by his television actress girlfriend Sarah Marshall (Kristen Bell). He impulsively takes a trip to Oahu, where he is confronted with his ex-girlfriend and her new rocker boyfriend, who are staying in the next room in the same hotel. As he comes to terms with his ex- girlfriend’s new relationship he meets a resort employee (Mila Kunis).
Currently set to be released on 17 April 2008.
